PROJECT MANAGEMENT – Complete focus on achieving the objectives of a project to the necessary timescales, voice of the customer driven projects, methodically progressed via Six Sigma and lean manufacturing methodology.

PRODUCT QULAITY– control plans, operating procedures and line audits. Using SPC, process control, Right First time and other quality management techniques.

· SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT – setting up agreed action plans and ensuring delivery of the actions, and control of contractual obligations

· SUPPLIER DEVELOPMENT – setting up measurement systems to monitor ongoing performance, highlighting suppliers in need of support, and developing improvement plans to reach an agreed target performance
